Overview

Welcome to the Impruve Zoom Documentation Center. This guide will help you install, use, and uninstall the Impruve app, ensuring you get the most value from our integration with Zoom.

Usage

Impruve helps managers capture insights from Zoom meetings by automatically transcribing and summarizing calls. Here’s how you can use the app:

Meeting Transcription: Automatically transcribe Zoom meetings by integrating Impruve with your calendar. Select which meetings you want Impruve to record and summarize.
Actionable Feedback: Impruve generates feedback suggestions post-meeting based on the conversation.
Meeting Summaries: Access detailed summaries of past Zoom calls in the Impruve app.
Tagging Messages: Use Slack integration to tag meeting notes directly to team channels.

Currently, Impruve uses Zoom’s cloud recording to access transcripts. In the near future, users will be able to choose to send an Impruve bot to their meetings as well.

Installation

To install Impruve with Zoom, follow these steps:

Login to Impruve: https://app.impruve.com/login.
Click Link Impruve: Follow the prompts through onboarding to authorize Impruve to access your Zoom account.

Uninstallation

To uninstall Zoom from Impruve:

Login to Impruve
Go to your connections page: https://app.impruve.com/connections
Choose to remove the Zoom integration from Impruve

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions:

Missing Meeting Summary: Check if cloud recording is enabled for that meeting.
OAuth Errors: Reinstall the app and verify permissions during installation.
