Google Data
What Google User Data We Collect:

- Email Address: The Google email address associated with your account, used to identify your account and personalize your experience.
- Google Calendar Access (via Refresh Token): We store an ecrpyted refresh token to maintain access to your Google Calendar for retrieving and managing your calendar events.
- Meeting Data: We access details of your Google Calendar meetings, including meeting titles, attendees, date, time, and other related information, to assist with managing your meetings.
Important Notes:
- We collect this data only when you sign in with your Google account.
On our handling of data obtained through Google Workspace APIs:
- No Use for AI/ML Training: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
- Data obtained through these APIs is used solely to provide the specific functionality of our app, such as scheduling meetings, and is not shared with third parties for any purpose unrelated to the direct delivery of services.
Zoom Data
What Zoom User Data We Collect:
When you integrate your Zoom account with our app, we collect and process the following Zoom user data, with your consent:
- Meeting Data: We access details of your Zoom meetings, including meeting titles, attendees, date, time, and other relevant information, to assist with managing your meetings and tasks.
- Zoom Recordings: If enabled, we access your Zoom meeting recordings, including the transcript, to provide additional functionality within our app.
- Zoom Account Information: Basic account details such as your Zoom user ID and email address are collected for identification purposes.
- Zoom OAuth Tokens: We store an encrypted OAuth token to maintain access to your Zoom account, allowing us to retrieve and manage meeting data.
Important Notes:
- We collect this data only when you sign in with your Zoom account and grant permission through the OAuth process.
On our handling of data obtained through the Zoom API:
- No Use for AI/ML Training: We do not use any data obtained through the Zoom API to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
- Purpose of Data Collection: Data obtained through the Zoom API is used solely to provide the specific functionality of our app, such as managing meetings, and is not shared with third parties for any purpose unrelated to the direct delivery of services.
Slack Data
What Slack User Data We Collect:
When you integrate your Zoom account with our app, we collect and process the following Slack user data, with your consent:
- Slack Account Information: Basic account details such as your Slack user ID and email address are collected for identification purposes.
- Slack OAuth Tokens: We store an encrypted OAuth token to maintain access to your Slack account, allowing us to retrieve and manage meeting data.
- Slack Messages: Slack messages are only collected when the user chooses to tag that specific message to Impruve.
On our handling of data obtained through the Slack API:
- No Use for AI/ML Training: We do not use any data obtained through the Slack API to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
Legal Basis for Processing (for GDPR Compliance)
For users in the EU/EEA, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent: Where you have provided consent for processing (e.g., for marketing).
- Contractual Obligation: When processing is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g., to provide services).
